p.3 The Sailors' Union - Mr. Powers, a delegate of the Chicago Sailors' Union is visiting this city. We understand that it has been resolved by the Kingston Branch to demand the same rate of pay for next season that is in vogue on the upper lakes. This is the main object of Mr. Powers' visit.
