Folger's New Steamer

A drawing of the new steamer, which the Folger Bros. intend having built and placed on the route between Cape Vincent and the Thousand Islands, was seen this morning. It was executed by Captain Pierce, of Boston, who built the fast-sailing steamer Geneva some years ago. The new boat will be nearly half as large again as the Maud, and will cost in the neighborhood of $50,000. She will be ready for next season's business. Captain Pierce will construct her at Clayton during the winter. [Kingston News]
