LAKE ONTARIO STEAMBOATS
FRONTENAC & QUEENSTON.
The Proprietors beg leave to inform the public, that the above boats will, during the present Season, leave the different Ports as follows, (weather permitting): - the
FRONTENAC,
Capt. James Mackenzie,
having undergone a thorough repair, will leave Kingston every Wedesday evening for York, Niagara and Queenston, and leave Niagara on her return to Kingston every Saturday evening. The
QUEENSTON,
Captain Maxwell,
A new and superior Boat, will leave Prescott every Monday morning for Kingston, York, Niagara and Queenston, and leave Niagara on her return to Kingston and Prescott every Thursday about 1 o'clock P.M.
The accommodations on board both of the above boats are of the best description, and no exertions shall be spared to ensure the convenience and comfort of Passengers.

WELLAND CANAL NOTICE
The President and Directors of the Welland Canal Company will receive Proposals at their Office in Saint Catharine's, on the 1st day of July next, for excavating the deep cut on Summit Ridge, between River Welland and Lock No. 1, and whatever other part of the line may be then in readiness for Contract.
