Executive Council Office,

York, 5th August, 1825.

The Lease of the Ferry from Wolfe Island, in the Midland District of this Province, to Cape Vincent, on the American Shore, having lately expired -

Notice is hereby given,

By order of His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor in Council, that Sealed Proposals, for a new Lease of the said Ferry, endorsed "Tender for Ferry," to be given to the highest bidder, for the term of Seven Years, will be received at this Office till the fourteenth day of September next ensuing.
