York, 13th December, 1826.

NOTICE.

Is hereby given by order of His Excellency the Lieut. Governor in council; that sealed Tenders, Post Paid, for a Lease of the Ferry from Kingston to Wolfe Island, for the term of Seven Years, will be received at this office until the first Wednesday in February, 1827, on which day the Lease will be adjudged to the highest bidder, subject to the usual regulations, and the payment of one pound twelve shillings and six pence currency for the Lease, to be paid by the Leasee.
