His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor has been pleased to appoint Thomas Kirkpatrick, Esq., of the Town of Kingston, to be Collector for the Port of Kingston, in the room of C.A. Hagerman, Esq. resigned.

Commission dated 29th of June, 1828.
