p.3 The Weather - heavy rains; ..."The ice on the Bay and River in front of the Town begins to look very blue. The "busy note of preparation" at our wharves would indicate the near approach of the opening of the navigation. The Steam Boat Toronto, after having undergone a thorough repair was launched yesterday in fine style."
