p.2 Rideau and Grenville Canals discussed in House of Commons in England.

Rideau Canal - little is known about it in England.

The Steam Boat Niagara, Capt. Mosier, arrived in this harbour Wednesday evening, from York, being her first trip this season. The Niagara proceeded to Prescott yesterday morning.

The Bay and River in front of the Town are now completely clear of ice.
