Adjourned Sessions.

Kingston, 1st August, 1831.

Police Regulation - No. 40 - It is ordered that the master of any Steam-Boat, or other Craft or Vessel, from which any ashes, coals, or cinders may be cast in the harbour of Kingston, shall forfeit and pay for each offence, the sum of forty shillings.
