p.3 On Tuesday last, agreeable to the advertisement to that effect, the Committee of the Steam boat John By appointed Captain Johnston, formerly in the West India Trade, to the command of that vessel.

STEAMBOAT JOHN BY

A Meeting of the Stockholders of the above boat will take place at the office of the Subscriber on Monday next at noon; a punctual attendance is requested.
