We feel much pleasure in announcing to the public, that the new steam boat building at this place, intended to run between Prescott and Montreal, is in a forward state. Notwithstanding Mr. Bush's Report, 10% on £3000 has been collected. We have seen a gentleman who witnessed the first trial of Mr. Burden's Boat, but who gave entirely a different account statement to that of Mr. Bush, and is fully confident that the Prescott boat will succeed.
