REVENUE CUTTER FESSENDEN. -- Capt. J.G. Baker has been relieved of the command of the Lake revenue cutter W. P. FESSENDEN, and Capt. J. A. Henriques takes his place. A full complement of officers of this cutter, it is expected, will arrive this week. The Cleveland herald says that Capt. B., was relieved at his own request, on account of ill health. He goes South.

REVENUE CUTTER W. P. FESSENDEN. -- The lake Revenue Cutter W. P. FESSENDEN has been put in trim for service, and is now awaiting orders. The Cleveland herald says the FESSENDEN is fully officered and armed, and presents on board a warlike appearance. Everything about the steamer is in the most complete order. Her officers are:
Captain -- John A. Henriques; First Lieutenant -- Simmons; Second Lieutenant -- Joseph R. Delan; Third Lieutenant -- Wm. F. Raynolds, Jr.; Chief Engineer -- Thos. Fitzpatrick; First Assistant Engineer -- Levi Colt; Pilot -- C. B. Goulder.
The FESSENDEN is armed with one 40-pounder Parrot, and two 24-pounder brass Dahlgren howitzers. Her small arms consist of muskets, Ballard repeating rifles, cutlasses, revolvers, etc.
