The old steamer LUTHER WESTOVER, which has been lying sunk at the mouth of the river at Bay City has been raised and is being dismantled as the owner has no further use for her. The steamer SEE GULL will also be dismantled. Both were sidewheel river tugs and were for working in shallow water.
