Please refer to details below. This will be our last formal meeting until October, 1990. * * * * * * * THE EDITOR'S NOTEBOOK Our March Meeting featured Capt. Graham Grattan, of the YANKCANUCK (II), who presented an excellent programme of slides and videos, skilfully nar rated. The evening was a joy to all the many in attendance, and we extend to Capt. Grattan our most sincere thanks for coming to speak to us. THE ANNUAL DINNER MEETING will be held at the Ship Inn, in the Museum, on Saturday, May 12. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p. m., and the bar will be open earlier for those wishing a restorative before dinner. Russ Brown and Gordon Shaw will present an illustrated programme entitled "The New SEGWUN, A Marine Response to Change". The cost of the dinner will be $20.00 per per son and guests will, as usual, be welcome. Please send your early remittance to William R. Wilson, 173 Glenrose Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4T 1 K 7 . Tickets will be held at the door for those who have reserved. Please Note: Restaurant capacity is limited and we have a deadline for con firming the number that will attend. Reservations, accompanied by payment, must be received by Tuesday, May 8. We regret that there can be no refunds after that date, and that tickets will not be sold at the door. Please re serve early to ensure that there will be space available. (Members unable to attend the dinner still may come to the regular meeting, later in the evening, free of charge).
