Let nobody say that our members are not widely travelled! Our thanks to Roger Chapman for once again serving as projectionist. We regret that the meeting had to be scheduled for the Friday of the Thanksgiving Wee k end rather than the normal first Friday of the month, but Ye Ed. was out of the country earlier and would not have been able to have "Scanner" ready for the meeting without the delay. Our apologies to anyone unable to attend the meeting because of the change in date. Know anybody who says that he/she did not receive the October issue? I t 's because we did not receive their membership renewal as requested in the MidSummer issue. You might suggest that they re-read that issue and send money! $25. 00 will do the trick to keep "Scanner" coming for another year In the New Member Department, a hearty welcome goes out to Ronald N . Webb, of Owen Sound, and to Harry Reed-Lewis, of Tillsonburg, Ontario. We also welcome back all of our renewing members. * * * * * AFFILIATED WITH THE MARINE MUSEUM OF UPPER CANADA ISSN 0318-014X
