By now, all local members will be aware of the week's postponement of the January meeting to allow members to attend the memorial service for our former president, Bruce Smith. So if this issue is late reaching you, that is why, and we trust you will understand. By the time this issue reaches you, we hope that the T. M. H. S. website will be up and running. We sincerely thank David Bull for taking charge of this project for us. Please check it out at www. tmhs. ca We need the assistance of the members in providing their Lay-Up Reports as soon as possible so the information can be included in the February issue. We also hope that members will support our next Silent Auction, to be held in the spring. Please contact Gordon Turner or the Editor if you have items you would like to donate for the auction. The annual auction is essential to the financial survival of the Society. * * * * * * * ISSN 0318-014X Editor Jay N. Bascom 100 Whitehall Road Toronto, Ont. M4W 2C7 Executive Committee Jay N.
