LAUNCH

On Saturday last, the new Steam-Boat "Superior." was launched at Buffalo Creek, amidst the cheers and acclamations of a numerous concourse of spectators, assembled from this and the adjacent towns; and a salute of 13 guns was fired from her, after she had safely descended to her destined element. She is a fine built vessel, constructed of the best materials, end is to be fitted for the Lake with all possible expedition.

The Lake appears entirely clear of ice, and our commerce will soon resume its wonted activity &. interest.
