We understand that the Steam-Boat will leave Buffalo Harbor, for Detroit, every Tuesday morning, wind and weather permitting, until the 27th instant; the remainder of the season she will sail from Buffalo once in every nine days, for the same destination. She continues to carry the Mail, as usual, except to this port.
