The tugs Sheridan and Shaugraun passed up the river on Monday afternoon, having in tow the Dunbar outfit for work on the Sault canal. The tow consisted of three large scows, one of which contained the drilling machinery and tools, with steam pump, another fitted up as a machine shop and the third as a boarding house. They were wind bound at Sand Beach on Tuesday. The whole outfit was constructed in Buffalo.
