The schooner CAMBRIA from Trenton, with a cargo of staves, when off Erie in the
gale, lost part of her deck load, and threw over the remainder, in all some 15,000.

THE GALE. - The schooner CAMBRIA, with a cargo of staves, from Trenton bound
to this port, was obliged to come to anchor under the Erie Peninsula during the gale
Tuesday night. Her deck load was swept away. She experienced no further damage.
