The CITY OF ROME, while working down the Creek on Monday picked up a log in her wheel. She goes into drydock tonight for repairs. - Buffalo Report.

The CITY OF ROME will be laid up here, and during the winter her machinery will be altered. She now has a Holloway fore-and-aft compound engine, made by the Cuyahoga works, of Cleveland, its cylinders being 32 and 60 inches, and stroke 48 inches. Buffalo Report
