DISASTER.---The Oswego Times says a severe thunder storm passed over that city on Friday noon, and the schooner PRINCESS ROYAL, lying wind bound off the mouth of the river, was dismasted. The steamer LADY OF THE LAKE went out and towed the disabled vessel into port.
