AGROUND.---The schooner NORWAY is aground in the river above Spring Street bridge, and is compelled to throw over part of her cargo to get up to her dock. This is the third or fourth vessel that has stuck fast there within a few weeks We are informed there is not six feet of water at that point; and the river needs dredging. --- Milwaukee Wisconsin
