THE GALE AT MILWAUKEE. - The Milwaukee Sentinal of the 3 inst., says: The schooner BALDWIN, from Cleveland, in running into the mouth of the river during the gale, struck the bark SAM STRONG, and racked her side, carrying away some of her standing rigging and her foretop-mast.
