Chicago, Oct. 27 - The Lake Michigan outbreak of Tuesday night in point of ruin ranks with the wildest spree in which turbulent old carouser has been indulged. The following have been reported this morning.
      Stmr. REPUBLIC, ashore near Alpena.
      Stmr. H.A. TUTTLE ashore and total loss at Michigan City.
      Schr. D.L. FILER, waterlogged and abandoned off Racine.
      Schr. ALOHA, waterlogged and abandoned off Chicago.
      Schr. E.B. MAXWELL, canvas and deck load lost.
      Schr. BARBARIAN, ashore at Milwaukee.
