The stmr. RUSSIA's hard luck was with her again as soon as she came out of drydock. Her bow came in contact with the stmr. T.W. PALMER, which was going up the Creek and the latters upper works aft were somewhat damaged and several stanchions were broken. The RUSSIA was not hurt.
