S.R. KIRBY ASHORE.
      Erie, Pa., Oct. 7. - The steamer S.R. KIRBY was blown ashore off this harbor this morning and is in great danger. Several tugs are trying to release her from her perilous position. The high seas threaten to break her to pieces.
