AGROUND IN THE RIVER. - The propeller EMPIRE STATE yesterday morning got aground in the river while passing through Clark street bridge, and kept open the draw nearly an hour. The vessel was at last loosened by the aid of a tug, when she quitely proceeded to State Street bridge and repeated the operation. - Chicago Republican.
