ORDERED TO DIVIDE COSTS.
Detroit, April 18. - Judgment in the case of the Canadian Lake and Ocean Navigation, owner of the steamer PLUMMER, against the steamer DOROTHY, arising out of a collision of the DOROTHY with the PLUMMER in the Soulanges Canal, last August, was given yesterday at Toronto by Judge Hodgins of Admiralty Court. Each party is held to have violated rules of the road, and is directed to divide cost of the repairs to boats, and each to pay their own cost. DOROTHY was known last year as the "Dynamite Boat."
