CANAL BOAT BLISS RAISED.
Tonawanda, April 26. - The canal boat BELOS BLISS, owned by James Slattery of North Tonawanda, which sank in the canal near the spillway last winter, was raised by the State tug JOHN PATRIDGE of Buffalo and the tug JOHN MAHAR of Tonawanda yesterday.
