Description
Full Text

The steam barge BALDWIN this forenoon undertook to tow the barge POTTER from the Rolling Mill Dock and ran her into the schooner ST. PETER. The ST. PETER had a cathead and her spitsail carried awaiy, beside suffering damage to her fore rigging. The vessels anchor was also tripped and thrown into the river. Next time it is probable that a tug will be allowed to tow the POTTER. (Milwaukee Wisconsin Aug. 20.)
