WEXFORD GROUNDED.
The Canadian steamer WEXFORD from Fort William to Buffalo with a cargo of flaxseed, grounded outside the breakwall yesterday. Tugs were unable to move the vessel, but she came into the harbor after the OLGA had lightered about 400 tons.
