Chicago Inter-Ocean, Oct. 12. -- The schooner RATHBUN, in distress, while attempting to enter the harbor of Southampton, Ont., Sunday morning, got on the reef at the Island. The seas were running over her, but she got off and into the harbor, dragging her anchor till she got nearly on the beach, where she lies nearly full of water.
