Chicago, Dec. 18. -- The steamer RUBE RICHARDS, in winter quarters here, caught on fire yesterday in her forward hold, and was damaged to the extent of $7,000 before the flames were put out. The Tuttle was towed here on Sunday last. The steamer ARIZONA is repairing damage sustained through stranding on Presque. Isle, Lake Huron, late in November.
