STEAMER SIEMENS STILL FAST.
Buffalo, N. Y., Dec. 12. -- The Steel Trust steamer W. W. SIEMENS, which went aground while coming into the harbor on Wednesday, was lightered yesterday. Tonight two tugs endeavored to get the boat off, but the attempt was unsuccessful. More of the cargo will be taken off in the morning and it is then expected the boat will be moved.

The Trust steamer SIR WILLIAM SIEMENS, which grounded at the entrance to Buffalo harbor, was released yesterday afternoon after 100,000 bushels of her grain cargo had been removed upon lighters.
