LOSS OF THE SCOW 'HUMBOLDT' -- This vessel, in attempting to make this harbor about 10 o'clock on Wednesday night, struck the pier and was damaged to such an extent that she soon afterwards filled with water. She was yesterday towed into Ogden's Slip, nothe of the light, where she was stripped. The HUMBOLDT was built at Sandusky in -?- She was owned by Mr. Edward Dunne of Chicago. No insurance.
