Cleveland, May 21 - The owners of the stm. CHOCTAW, sunk at the Soo yesterday by collision with the WALDO, have no report regarding the cause of the collision, but they are holding the crew on board the vessel and depositions will be taken at the Sault.

      Sault Ste. Marie, May 22 - The CHOCTAW will not be afloat before 10 days. The wrecker FAVORITE began working this morning.

Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. June 1. -- Wreckers expect to complete temporary repairs on the CHOCTAW this evening. She will leave tomorrow morning for Cleveland, accompanied by the FAVORITE.
